Charts

Charts are an effective way to visualize model properties and simulation results. IPSE GO supports a variety of chart types, depending on the model library used within the project. Examples of commonly available chart types include:

  • Temperature–entropy (t–s) diagrams

  • HRSG profile diagrams

  • Expansion profile diagrams

  • Logarithmic p–h diagrams

Charts in IPSE GO are generated based on model data defined in the flowsheet and calculated using the latest successful simulation results. This ensures that charts remain consistent and synchronized with the active project dataset.

Creating Charts

To create a chart, click the Create Chart button in the chart manager. Then, choose the desired chart type for the active project.

When creating a chart, it is usually necessary to specify and select a relevant target (e.g., a component or connection) for which the chart will be generated. If no valid object is selected, the chart may display an error. In such cases, please restart the process with a different selection.

Once the chart is created, you can further customize its appearance, adjust data points, and configure axis settings through the Chart Settings.

Exporting Charts

Charts can be saved as PNG images or printed directly from within IPSE GO.
