Contact Support
The most efficient way to get technical support for IPSE GO is via the in-app support dialog, as shown in Figure 1. You can access this dialog directly from within the program by clicking Support in the navigation bar. When contacting support, please include any relevant information in the message field.

Some information, such as the program version, is automatically included when you open the support dialog. Note that the support team, like all other users, does not have direct access to your project data. To share your project for troubleshooting, make sure to open the support dialog from within an open project window. You can do this via the same Support button in the navigation bar or through the menu Project.
When including the open project with the support team a share link is created for the project. This share is automatically included in the mail message and received by the support. As with other shares access can always be removed by deleting the link share created for the support. Keep in mind that this might hinder proper troubleshooting.
Receiving Help via Mail
After contacting our support team make sure to check your mailbox for emails. The response for any support inquiry will be sent to the account email. Make sure to check your spam folder in case expected messages are missing.
Feedback
If you have comments on how to improve any service offered by SimTech or the manuals and documentation materials themselves, feel free to reach out via
or send an E-mail to SimTech at:support@simtechnology.com
Please include your name and the product version number.
Regarding the manuals we would specially like to get your thoughts on the following topics:
-
Do the List of Contents and the Index help you to find the information you need?
-
What important information is missing or hard to find?
-
Is the overall documentation of IPSE insufficient, about right, or too detailed? Please give reasons for your option.
-
Are the examples too simple, about right, or too complex? List ideas for additional examples that you would find useful.
-
Indicate which areas we need to improve: Organization; Procedures; Concepts; Reference material; Examples; Illustrations; Others: (please list the suggested items).
Your feedback is an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our products!
